Telephones: Payphones are located on the main concourse, inside the main hall, at the entrance to the toilets, and on platforms 7, 11 and 14. A text phone is situated on the main concourse.
Taxis: The taxi rank is located adjacent to platform 10. Many cabs are wheelchair accessible.
Buses: Airport bus and coach services depart from Waverley Bridge at regular intervals throughout the day. Local buses serving all areas of the city leave from Princes Street and North Bridge. Services for the rest of Scotland can be found at St Andrew's Square or Waterloo Place.
Police: The British Transport Police office is situated adjacent to platform 19.
