    The Raeburn House is located in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh New Town, only ten minutes walk from the West End of Princes Street. The Beer Garden very popular for meals and family gatherings in the summer months.
     
    The conservatory is ideal for meals and family gatherings and is also available for private functions including funerals.

    Raeburn House Hotel is situated on Raeburn Place next to Edinburgh
     
    Academicals Rugby Club. From Princes Street turn up Frederick Street and
     
    continue over into Howe Street. Turn left into NW Circus Place down the hill
     
    and straight over the bridge past Pizza Express on the right and the road
     
    follows on to Raeburn Place. The hotel is a couple of hundred yards along on
     
    the right. Number 28 bus stops just opposite the hotel.
