Executive Rooms all situated on our exclusive sixth floor at the top of the building. Rooms are equipped with all the same amenities as standard rooms. All guests in these rooms have Butler Service and use of the private library where breakfast can be taken. Complimentary Champagne and canapes are served in the evening between 6.30pm. and 7.30pm.

- Main Course, Pan fried fillet of Halibut set on a vegtable broth with Saffron Potatoes and buttered Thai Grass. Roast fillet of Aberdeen Angus Beef set with Thyme, scented Polenta and caramelised Shallots
